The Origin Story

Dancers are dedicated bunch of artists and creating a Strength Workshop for them was a challenging task.

30+ Bharatanatyam dancers from Chennai and Bengaluru were interviewed to understand their pain points and strength requirement needs. 

We designed a perfect routine combining the best practices in Yoga, martial arts exercises, Ayurvedic diet, and breath based movements to address the strength requirements of traditional dancers. 

The course was then beta tested and testimonials were great.
